Who is responsible

Your Online Editor is a service developed by John Balcázar (@johnbalcazar). For any privacy-related matter, write to [email protected].

What data we store

Your name, your email, your social media handle, and your brand colors; your encrypted password (never in plain text) or, if you sign in with Google, your Google ID, name, and email; the audio files you upload, the text of your videos, and the generated videos; and technical usage logs (date of each video and status).

Newsletter and teleprompter page

If you leave your email (and, if you want, your WhatsApp) on the teleprompter page, we only keep it to send you ideas and updates about our products, and to contact you if you checked that you're interested in the AI assistant. We don't sell it or share it. You can ask us to delete it by writing to the contact email.

What we use it for

Only to provide you with the service: creating your videos with your brand, showing you your dashboard, enforcing the video limit of your plan, and contacting you about your account. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Where it's stored

On Amazon Web Services servers (United States). Traffic goes through Cloudflare for protection and encryption. Sign-in with Google is processed by Google under its own policy.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in (30 days) and the security cookie for the Google button. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Lienzo Studio

If you use the Lienzo Studio editor, we store your projects (the timeline, the videos, audio and images you upload, graphics, annotations, and version copies) for as long as the project exists or until you delete it, so you can keep editing. Conversations with Claude inside the Studio are processed by third-party AI models (Anthropic) only to respond to you and are not used to train them.

How long we keep it

Generated videos are stored for 30 days and the files you upload for 7 days (extracted audio, 30 days); after that they're deleted automatically. Your account data is kept while your account is active. If you ask to delete your account, we delete your data, audio, and videos within 30 days at most.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. We process your data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 of Colombia.
