Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
The service
Your Online Editor generates vertical videos from the texts, brand, and audio you provide, with the help of Maxwer, the service's AI-powered editor. Maxwer runs on third-party AI models (Anthropic) that process the text of your conversation only to respond to you.
Your account
You sign up with email or with Google. Accounts are activated after your plan payment. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your connector link, which is personal.
Limits
Each plan includes a set number of videos per month. Videos that fail don't count. Your limit renews on day 1 of each month. Every export made from Lienzo Studio counts as one video in your plan.
Lienzo Studio
Lienzo Studio is the service's video editor: your projects and the materials you upload are yours, and they're stored for as long as the project exists. The pre-airing Check, Claude's suggestions, and the automatic review are aids: the decision to publish and the editorial responsibility for the content are yours. Lienzo Studio projects are not deleted after 30 days; you can delete them whenever you want.
Your content
What you upload and the videos that are generated are yours. You give us permission only to process and store them to provide you with the service. Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or impersonates another person.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or third-party failures. Videos are stored for 30 days; download them, because we don't guarantee backup copies. Each plan has a monthly usage limit.
Payments and cancellation
The price is shown before payment. You can cancel whenever you want; your account is paused when the paid period ends.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll let you know by email if the change is important.
